Hi Mark, I read all your posts. My wife and I are building our first home in the Northern subs and have recently left our $2k deposit. We will be building the Vancouver also. Our block doesn’t settle until December which means site start is around March next year so still a fair way. So far everything is going well with our PD sales consultant from the Werribee displays.
Just wondering are you finding the issues you were encountering because of your private inspector or do you also know how building works? Im concerned because I have no clue about building whatsoever and would not know whether something is right or wrong.
Thanks in advance. And hope the build is going well now. Ps – are you going with the rhode island facade?
